Using Our Shopping Cart

Shopping our Stores is as easy as 1-2-3

(1)Your "Shopping Cart" is active when you entered the store. As you browse through our lingerie store, add the Items you wish to purchase to your shopping Cart by pressing the [ADD TO SHOPPING CART] button. Enter the size and colour required and press the [CONFIRM] button to continue shopping or the [CHECKOUT] button to finalize your order.

(2) When You are ready to purchase the Items in your cart, go to the "Checkout" by clicking on the "Checkout" button on the top or bottom of the screen.

Can I view, change or remove Items in my cart?

Yes, you can see what's in your cart at any time by clicking on the "Basket" button anywhere in the catalogue. You will be shown the items you have collected in your cart, their description and the total amount due if you decide to purchase those items. You can change the quantity by pressing the edit button.

Are my credit card details secure?

When you have entered your delivery details,etc. you will be directed to our secure order page. All credit card numbers are encrypted on the web sites using 128 bit encryption technology.

Will I receive confirmation of my order

After you have entered your order details you will receive a online invoice detailing all the items you have purchased, total cost including shipping and a unique ORDER NUMBER. You will also receive a e-mail confirming all items ordered giving you the opportunity to edit/cancel your order. Any delay on delivery of a order will be notified by e-mail.
