Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accepts MasterCard, Visa cards. Please have credit card information on hand when ordering.

We also accept wire transfers. Please contact us for our banking information.

Shipping And Handling
Delivery/Shipping to UK, USA and rest of the world - £5.00 ($9.00 approx). The shipping cost is fixed no matter how much you order.
All Orders Sent In Plain Packaging (No Company Logos) ideal for birthday presents, gifts, etc. If the order is a gift, please advise where you require the invoice to be sent to.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Please note that if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will provide to get them for you as soon as possible. In the meantime the part of your order that is available will be sent out immediately. The rest of your order will be sent out by international recorded delivery at out cost as soon as it is available. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices quoted are inclusive of Sales tax.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item damaged or of the wrong size can be returned unused and in its original packaging for a credit note or for exchange, but you need to contact us first.
- All orders are shipped at price in effect at time of order.

- All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.). Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Returns will be assessed on an individual basis.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR OF THE WRONG SIZE.
