All Orders Sent In Plain Packaging (No Company Logos) ideal for birthday presents, gifts, etc. If the order is a gift, please advise where you require the invoice to be sent to.
We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery . International orders are generally received in under 28 days. Please note that if any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will provide to get them for you as soon as possible. In the meantime the part of your order that is available will be sent out immediately. The rest of your order will be sent out by international recorded delivery at out cost as soon as it is available. - Returns & Replacements
- We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item damaged or of the wrong size can be returned unused and in its original packaging for a credit note or for exchange, but you need to contact us first and we will get in touch with you and provide you information on how to proceed with the return.
- All orders are shipped at price in effect at time of order. - All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.). Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Returns will be assessed on an individual basis.
